Biography

Samantha is back for her fourth season with the Thunderbirds. Last season she played in five games, posting a record of 2-3-0, with a goals against average of 1.74 and a save percentage of 0.938%.

In 2012-13 she split number one duties with Danielle Dube in the second half of the regular season. When Dube was unable to play at the CIS Championships due to illness, Samantha stepped up and proved she can perform on the national stage.

She finished 2012-13 with a record of 7-5 and a goals against average of 2.09 and a save percentage of .924%.

A product of the Notre Dames Hounds, Samantha is from Pense, SK and is studying in the School of Kinesiology with the goal of becoming a paramedic.

Previously she played for Team Saskatchewan in 2009-10 and 2010-11.
