Biography

2008-09: Named a Canada West second-team all-star after finishing seventh in conference play with 3.00 kills per game and tenth in points per game with 3.28…made 17 starts and appeared in 65 games over 20 matches…reached double-figures in kills nine times and led the Thunderbirds in kills six times despite missing seven matches due to injury…recorded a season-high 18 kills vs. Alberta (Oct. 17, 2008)...recorded a season-high 14 digs vs. Alberta (oct. 17, 2008).

Other: 2008 CIS second-team All-Canadian and first-team Canada West all-star...averaged 3.17 kills and 3.53 points per game during the 2007-08 season...represented Canada at the 2007 FISU Games in Bangkok...trained with the National Team since 2007...accomplished beach player who is part of the Canadian National Beach program.

Family: Father, John, rowed for Canada at the 1976 Olympics...sister, Emily, is a former National Team and UBC volleyball standout...brothers, Joe and John, currently play for the T-Birds men’s volleyball team.
