College of Idaho is coming off a successful road series that saw them win three of four games against Northwest University.

Players To Watch

Sydney Brown – the UBC shortstop recorded five hits in the series sweep Great Falls (Montana) and could have some extra jump in her step. Brown has just been tabbed to play for Great Britain in the 2017 World Softball Championships.

Mackenzie Siddall and Frances Ramsay – both had career best three hit games in UBC's 13-7 win over Great Falls (Montana). It showed how strong the 'Birds offence is when they get production from the bottom of the line-up.

Coach's Take

"The key is pitching. If our pitcher's do as well as they did last weekend, we will be fine," says UBC head coach Gord Collings. "The hitting is coming around as well, now that our players have gained their confidence and started trusting themselves. A lot of that came from our wins last weekend."
