'Birds hit the road for set versus Cougars

The Matchup

After a successful return to the War Memorial Gym to commence the 2017 portion of their season, the UBC Thunderbirds men's basketball team (11-1) remain one of the most dominant teams in U Sports. The 'Birds will head to Calgary for a pair of games this weekend against the Mount Royal Cougars (7-5), and look to keep their three game win streak alive.

This weekend's games mark the first conference meetups between the two teams since the 2013-14 season.
