In the conference championship final, fourth-year forward, Cassandra Vilgrain scored the game's lone goal which proved to be the game winner, as number one ranked UBC claimed back-to-back Canada West titles. The Arts student led the 'Birds this year with 27 points heading into Kingston, Ontario for the U Sports national championships on March 16.
