Kinder Gill has completed 11 seasons as head coach of the UBC men's field hockey program.

The Thunderbirds compete in the Vancouver Men's Field Hockey League, playing against the top club teams in the Lower Mainland.

The T-Birds finished the 2024-25 season fifth in the VMFHL standings with a 7-6-3 record. The year was a historic one for UBC, as the program celebrated its 100th year of play in 2025.
