Biography

MacDonald returns for his third season with the Thunderbirds. This year he will shift from forward to defence. 

Last year he recorded four goals and five assists for nine points in 31 games (regular season and playoffs).

Prior to coming to UBC he spent one year with the Waterloo Black Hawks of the United States Hockey League, leading them to the championship final where they lost out to the Green Bay Gamblers. In 49 regular season games with the Black Hawks he had 17 goals, 14 assists, and 31 points.

MacDonald also spent three seasons in the WHL with Everett and Chilliwack. He played in 203 career games (regular season and playoffs) collecting 24 goals, 47 assists, and 71 points.
