Biography

Fleming is coming off his best offensive season with the Thunderbirds registering a team best 19 assists to go along with two goals for 21 points in 28 regular season games. 

The St. Albert, Alta., native came to UBC after spending one year at York University of the OUA.  Before that, he had a memorable year with the Alberta Junior Hockey League’s Spruce Grove Saints. Fleming helped the team to the league championship, was named an All-Star and won the Don McNabb Trophy as the AJHL’s Most Dedicated Player.  He scored 61 points (23 goals) in 59 games for Spruce Grove.

A fifth-year student in Kinesiology, Fleming was a National Junior Ball Hockey Champion in 2007.
