Taylor Nill

Taylor Nill is in his third season as the offensive coordinator of the UBC Thunderbirds.

He earned the promotion after coaching receivers and running backs for two years, both playoff campaigns that saw UBC go a combined 11-5 in Canada West regular season play.

Nill also has experience at the under-18 level as offensive coordinator for Team BC and running backs coach for Team Canada. In May, he spent two weeks as a guest coach at BC Lions training camp in Kamloops, B.C.

Nill graduated from the University of Calgary in 2013 with a business degree after finishing off a varsity football career as a receiver and returner playing for his father, and current T-Birds head coach, Blake Nill. The Dinos won five Canada West championships and made two Vanier Cup appearances during Nill’s time as a player.

Internationally, he won silver with Canada at the 2009 IFAF World Junior Championship in Canton, Ohio, and travelled with Team Canada to the NFL Global Junior Championship in Miami, Fla.

Nill completed a Master of Business Administration degree at UBC’s Sauder School of Business.
