Brent enters his 10th season as the head equipment manager for the UBC football team. He also provides equipment services for various UBC programs, including soccer, rugby, hockey, and baseball.

He previously was the head equipment manager for Rugby Canada and has also helped out with the BC Lions, 2010 Winter Olympics, and Davis Cup Tennis.

Brent also has been a team videographer for Rugby Canada and Field Hockey Canada.

Growing up he was an accomplished rugby player having played on rugby tours in England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, USA, Mexico, and Holland.
