Head Coach: Blake Nill
- Blake Nill boasts over 25 years of head coaching experience, taking the top job at UBC in 2015 after time at Saint Mary's and Calgary
- He won both the Hardy Cup and Vanier Cup in his first year with the Thunderbirds, becoming the first coach in U SPORTS history to guide two different schools to a Vanier Cup victory
- During his tenure the T-Birds have had 35 CFL draft selections and the first NFL draft pick in program history (Giovanni Manu, 2024)
