By the Numbers

185 minutes – the shutout streak UBC brings into the match. They posted clean sheets in their last two exhibition games versus UNBC and North Idaho College.

4 – the amount of game winning goals SFU forward Olivia Aguiar scored last season. UBC will have to keep an eye on the crafty goal scorer.

Player To Watch

Amelia Crawford – UBC – (#19, F) – the second year T-Bird was very dangerous versus UNBC, scoring once and registering three shots at goal.

Coach's Take

"It's exciting to meet SFU in preseason. It will be a good opportunity to play against a quality opponent," said UBC Head Coach Jesse Symons. "I've been really impressed to see the second year players pushing the envelope so far in training. Sydney Jennings, Amelia Crawford, and Rachel Jones have really shown that they may be big contributors this season."
