Lukas Jarron (Ajax, Ont.) had an outstanding weekend for the UBC, surpassing the NAIA 'A' standard in both the 800 and 1,500 metres.
 
He was sixth in the 800, running a time of 1:51.90 at the Oregon Relays in Eugene, Ore. In the 1,500, Jarron came through in 12th place and in a time of 3:51.13, the fastest he's ever run at this distance and the second-best in the NAIA so far this season.
