VANCOUVER - The UBC Thunderbirds are proud to host the NAIA West Grouping Baseball Championships, taking place May 2-5 at Thunderbird Park.
Tournament teams will be eliminated after two losses in the tournament, while the tournament winner will advance to the opening round of the NAIA Baseball World Series where they'll compete in another five-team, double-elimination tournament with the winner advancing to the NAIA World Series in Lewiston, Idaho.
Seeding at the tournament was based on the NAIA West standings, excluding Lewis-Clark State, which has an automatic berth to the NAIA World Series as the tournament host.
Admission to the games is free.
