Biography

High School: Graduate of Kitsilano (Vancouver)...led the Blue Demons to the 2009 BC AAA Tournament...helped the Blue Demons to a second-place finish at the 2009 Lower Mainland AAA Championship where he was named a first-team all-star...led Kitsilano to the 2009 Vancouver City Championship and was named MVP of that tournament...led the Blue Demons to a fifth place finish at the 2008 BC AAA Tournament as a junior...member of the U17 Provincial team...chose UBC over SFU, TWU, and Victoria.

Personal: An accomplished violinist, Nixon was selected to join and perform with the B.C. Music Educators orchestral group.

2009-10: Appeared in two exhibition games playing an average of 9.0 minutes…registered highs of five points, three rebounds and three steals and 15 minutes of play vs. Laval (Oct. 15, 2010).
